Stepsmark Roofing is a referral service. We do not hire roofers as employees. Instead, we connect homeowners in Detroit and the Detroit area with independent providers who want more qualified calls.

If you already run a roofing business, joining the network is a way to reach homeowners who are ready to talk about a project. You keep your own prices, your own crews and your own schedule.

Who We Are Looking For

We want local roofing contractors who:

• Focus on roof replacement and new installations
• Work in or near our service areas
• Are comfortable with cold winters, deep frost, hail and heavy storms
• Have experience with frame houses, bungalows and ranch homes
• Prefer clear communication over pressure

Storm and hail work is welcome too. Repair-only businesses may find fewer matching calls, since our qualified calls lean toward replacement.

What We Expect

Providers in our network agree to a few basics:

• Hold the licenses, insurance and permits your local rules require
• Give homeowners clear written quotes with scope, materials and timing
• Answer calls and follow up in a respectful, reasonable way
• Never promise insurance outcomes on a homeowner's behalf
• Handle all work, warranties and disputes yourself, since you are the one doing the job

We may ask for proof of credentials before adding you. We do not promise any number of calls or any amount of work.

How the Fee Works

Homeowners are not charged by Stepsmark Roofing. Providers pay a fee for the referrals they receive. We will share the details when you inquire, so you can decide whether the numbers make sense for your business.

How to Apply

• Your business name and the towns you serve
• The roofing services you offer
• Your license and insurance details
• A short note on how many replacement jobs you can take on

We will read your note and reply with next steps if there is a fit. Coverage needs change, so a quiet reply does not always mean no. You can write again later.
